In fieldbus systems, it is often necessary to feed two cables into the D-Sub plug. The SUBCON-PLUS connector fulfills this need by connecting two cables to one port via screw terminals – double junction. This makes wiring clear and intuitive, and simplifies startup and commissioning. The metal housing ensures a high level of immunity to EMC electromagnetic interference. By positioning the connection at the top or bottom of the housing, the cable feed can be selected from the left or from the right.
