What products need to be purchased in bulk in the industrial automation sector?

For industrial automation and automated factories, some electronic and mechanical products are essential. Factory automation, also called workshop automation, refers to the automated handling of all or part of the product manufacturing process. Automated factories require control cabinets for electrical, frequency conversion, power supply, water pumping, and so on. Different control cabinets are selected as needed to achieve different control functions.Factories that manufacture automation equipment usually buy frequency converters (AC and DC), contactors, Electronic Circuit Breaker, thermal relays, signalling devices, PLCs and related I/O System , touch screens (industrial computers), etc. Commonly used products include cables and terminal blocks, cable ducts, cable trays, etc.

1. Controller - the brain of the automated factory

Our company's io modular system can essentially perform the output and output functions required in automated factories. Field devices such as Sensor and Actuator are connected to the I/O module . Sensor signals for process variables (e.g. liquid flow) are converted by input I/O modules and stored in PLC memory. Under the Io module classification, Ehternet Switches used in the field include 5 ports, 8 ports and 16 ports. The data received from the store-and-forward circuit is stored.

2. Robots - the fixed enforcers of automated factories

Robot is a machine-like device that performs work automatically. It can accept human commands, execute pre-programmed programs, and act according to principles and programs formulated using artificial intelligence technology. Its role is to support or replace human work, for example in the manufacturing industry, in construction or in hazardous work. Robots generally consist of actuators, drive devices, recognition devices, control systems, and complex machines. Accessories required for robots include Connector , Servo Cable , Cable Glands , etc. We work closely with a number of German robot factories and continue to manufacture various required parts for the robot swing arm. Our connectors include M8, M12, 7/8, M23, M40, RJ45, Y/T Connectors.

3. Servo motor - the muscle that provides the power for automated factories

Servo motor is a motor that controls the operation of mechanical components in a servo system. It is the indirect transmission device that supports the engine. Servo motors can control speed and position accuracy very precisely, and convert voltage signals into torque and speed to drive control objects. The rotor speed of the servo motor is controlled by the input signal and can respond quickly. Used as an actuator in automatic control systems, it has the characteristics of small electromechanical time constant, high linearity, and high starting voltage. It can convert the received electrical signal into angular displacement or angular velocity output on the motor shaft. They are divided into two categories: DC and AC servo motors. Its main feature is that when the signal voltage is zero, there is no rotation, and the rotation speed continues to decrease as the torque increases.

Servo system is an automatic control system that allows controlled quantities such as the position, direction, and state of an output object to follow any changes in the input target (or given value). The servo mainly relies on pulses for positioning. Basically you can understand it this way. When the servo motor receives a pulse, it will rotate by an angle corresponding to the pulse, thereby achieving displacement. Since the servo motor itself has the function of emitting pulses, the servo motor will rotate once every time it receives a pulse. When rotated by an angle, a corresponding number of pulses are emitted. In this way, the pulses received from the servo motor are reproduced, otherwise known as closed-loop control. This way the system knows how many pulses are sent to the servo motor at the same time and how many pulses are received back. In this way, the rotation of the motor can be controlled very accurately, thereby achieving precise positioning, which can reach 0.001mm. DC servo motors are divided into brushed and brushless motors. Brush motors have low cost, simple structure, large starting torque, wide speed range, easy control, and require maintenance, but they are inconvenient to maintain (changing carbon brushes), generate electromagnetic interference, and have environmental requirements. Therefore it can be used in cost-sensitive general industrial and civil applications.

Our company's Servo Cable include Servo Power Cable, Servo Signal Cable, Servo Encoder Cable, Servo Brake Cable, etc. Servo cable is a special cable for servo systems. It is also a new environmentally friendly series of cable products. It is widely used in servo motors and is a necessary component for industrial production and processing. Servo cables have a series of unique properties such as high flexibility, wear resistance, bending resistance, oil resistance, bending resistance, tensile resistance, anti-torsion, anti-interference, anti-aging, etc. Of course, these properties need to be customized. It does not mean that one cable has them all. characteristics.

4. Sensors - the tactile sense of automated factories that sense external information

Sensor is a detection device that can sense the measured information and convert the sensed information into electrical signals or other required forms of information output according to certain rules to meet the needs of information transmission, processing, storage, and display. , recording and control requirements. It is the primary link to realize automatic detection and automatic control. In modern industrial production, especially automated production processes, various sensors are used to monitor and control various parameters in the production process, so that the equipment can work in normal or optimal conditions, and the products can achieve the best quality. Therefore, it can be said that without many excellent sensors, modern production will lose its foundation.

Svlec's sensors include proximity sensors, magnetic switch sensors, Pressure Switch sensors, etc. For more information, please click on the homepage of the website.

5. Frequency converter

Frequency converter is a power control device that uses frequency conversion technology and microelectronics technology to control AC motors by changing the frequency of the motor's operating power supply. The frequency converter is mainly composed of rectifier (AC to DC), filtering, inverter (DC to AC), braking unit, drive unit, detection unit, microprocessing unit, etc. The inverter relies on the switching of the internal IGBT to adjust the voltage and frequency of the output power supply, and provides the required power supply voltage according to the actual needs of the motor, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and speed regulation. In addition, the inverter also has many protection functions. , such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overload protection, etc. In our company, it is called an Electronic Circuit Breaker, which can fully control the system status. It has intelligent switch, early warning reminder, remote reset, and single-channel management functions to ensure the maximum operating range of the system.
